TableRound is a plan for small hosted dinners in Barcelona. You would apply, say what you are looking for, and be seated with five to seven others on criteria we tell you.

Your field and your city are enough. Mail to this address goes to the project inbox and is read there. A reply may be written with the help of software.
Where it stands
- No dinner has been held and none is scheduled.
- There is no host, no venue and no operator yet. No ticket will be sold before all three exist.
- Nobody has been interviewed. Dinners for strangers already run in several cities without a host at the table; whether a host and a single field make a better evening is not known.
- The name has not been checked for confusion with existing organisations. TableRound is not connected with any organisation of a similar name.
- Nothing is for sale.

How a dinner would work
- You apply
- You would tell us your field and what you want from the evening. We would not ask for anything sensitive that the matching does not need.
- Matching you can see
- The criteria used to seat a table would be disclosed. The host could override a match that looks unsuitable.
- A host and a venue
- Each dinner would have a host, and a venue whose access needs are stated beforehand. Any ticket and the food bill would be charged separately.
- Afterwards
- Each guest would be asked how the evening went.
What a dinner comes with, and what it does not
A dinner would come with a host, a venue and the criteria used to seat you. It would not come with a promise of leads, friendship or investment.
This site has a UK address. The first dinners are planned for Barcelona, and the group they are for has not been chosen.
